Myah had been getting sick on and off for a few months before her cancer diagnosis. Myah had been hospitalized with a COVID diagnosis. Despite initial reluctance from the ER to perform blood work due to her positive COVID test, I had a CBC panel appointment scheduled. The panel revealed the devastating truth that Myah had leukemia and also RSV on top of COVID.
